What is the best remedy for a sinus cold?

I think I’m in the beginning stages of a sinus cold, I have a scratchy throat and my nose is constantly either stuffed up or runny. Also, my head has been hurting and feeling full of pressure. I’ve been washing my hands a LOT and I have only taken iBuprofen for the headaches. Any suggestions to ditch this before it gets worse?

tooth ache or sinus problem?
