I took sudafed sinus headache an hour ago and can’t take more for at least three hours. It is extremely painful and I can’t fall asleep. I am also 15 weeks pregnant so my options are limited. Are there any foods that will help or anything at all? I can’t go to a doctor until tomorrow.

For the past three weeks, I have horrible sinus issues, it only happens in the middle of the night and last throughout the morning until noon. In the middle of the night I will start to have heavy sinus congestion, my nose will be stuffy to where I can’t breath, and the mucous from this will sit in my sinus area all night long. Then in the morning my throat is terribly sore until I manage to hock all of the mucous out of my sinus area. It’s horrible, but only seems to be a problem from night until noon. During the day it gets much better but how can I keep this from happening at night? Also, what could it be like I said it’s been happening for weeks, could it be the air in the apartment or the seasons because at this point it’s been going on so long that it’s really starting to affect me. My husband has the same problem so we are starting to think it’s the apartment. Any suggestions welcomed.

I’ve had allergy and sinus problems for 10 years now. I was put on every type of medication and it didn’t work. Now I just don’t do anything (except keep the apartment clean). I wake up everyday with a sinus headache and feel bad for a few hours. Whenever I get stressed the sinus headaches get really bad. Anyone have tips? I’ve even been thinking about surgery
