I’ve been having what I think to be sinus problems for the last few months. My symptoms is on going congestion, runny nose, pain inside my nostril, etc Sometimes inside my nostril gets so cold, like there’s ice lodged inside even when the rest of me isn’t cold. I’ve tried nasal sprays and it doesn work. I cant take congestion pills as I have Raynauds.So would salt water help? If not have you any solutions?
