Has anyone has sinus exposure after an upper wisdom tooth removal? How long did it take you to recover? ?

I already asked a question about a dry socket. I had a horrible wisdom tooth extraction last Wed. I have sinus exposure from it. My OS told me not to blow my nose for a month. I am soooo scared as I had always had sinus problems. I am worried it wont heal. Did anyone have this and if so how long did it take you to recover?
