I work with oral surgens on the OR and this is not old school! This is a normally sinus lift surgery because there is not enough space to place implants. I come from Holland and this happens a lot so we can place implants into a place where’s not enough bone. So the implants ends in the sinus maxillary and the sinus rests on the top of the implants. This is absolutely not a bone augmentation and it has nothing to do with 3-D imagery!!
