Sinus Infection Relief

I have severe seasonal allergy with painful and very bothering sinus presure, and it also causes headache. I have tried different medicine for both allergy and sinus. Some of them help with allergy, but none helps with this sinus pain.

Ok here it goes. For the past 4 days (I think) I’ve been having an odd headache on just the left side of my head right just above my temple. I’ve recently taken midterm exams so this could be from stress. But I’m on Christmas break right now so I’m not stressed. Anyway the headache is pretty bad, but it feels like pressure there, like a sinus problem. My tongue sorta has this dry feeling like a sinus thing but my nose isn’t that clogged up. The headache worsens when I bend over (this has happened before tho when I had a sinus infection). But then why is it only on one side of my head? I’m scared.
