Sinus Infection Relief

The entire right side of my head hurts. Even my teeth and jaw on that side. I started an antibiotic – levaquin 750 mg – today. I have also been taking Musinex D as directed. The pain in the right side of my face is truly unbearable. I have never had a sinus infection cause this much facial pain before. Please help!
As I was submitting this question – began to feel sick to my stomach and actually threw up within minutes of feeling sick. I had just taken another dose of Musinex about 15 minutes prior – as directed. Do you think the infection, medicine or head/face pain caused the nausea? And should I take more Musinex since I threw up so soon after taking it?

I got a sinus infection right before my gallbladder had to come out from infection and seeing how May is a weird time for a sinus infection, I’m curious if this could be connected.
There were no gallstones.

I have felt like this since Friday. My nose has been congested, which I know is a symptom. But I have a ear congested, and it feels block, is that a symptom of a sinus infection. I have been taking sudafed, but it does not really work. My main question is; Is having a congested ear during a sinus infection normal?

I live in NY with very good radiator steam heating but I’m not able to turn it on and off at will. But for the last 6 years I’ve gotten a sinus infection even though I use a humidifier, saline solution mist, saline gel, I drink a lot of water and I take vitamins, nothing works. My Dr. said I have a slight deviated septum, but not enough to merit an operation. Any suggestions?
