How can I get rid of a sinus infection without medication?
I don’t have health insurance, and the sinus pressure is killing me. any suggestions on natural/homeopathic/or over the counter remedies that actually WORK?

What is the best way to help a cold with sinus pressure and sore throat pain?
Woke up early this morning and my sinus pressure is painful, and then on top of that, my throat is somewhat in pain. What can help me overcome this illness quickly and cheaply with out the help of prescriptions? E.G. Veggies, fruits, vitamins, soup? I want to be fine for thanksgiving! I have terrible sinus pressure. None of the medicine seems to be working. Any good ways to relive it?
I just read someone elses question about sinus pressure and she seemed to be experiencing the same thing. Even sore neck, which made me to believe it was tension headache. Any more ideas?
I don’t have a stuffy nose or anythigng that would seem to accompany sinus. It’s just the headache. I’ve tried the sinus rinse before and it hasn’t done anything. There are 3 differnet Doctors who have allt old me it’s Sinus, that it’s just trapped up there…so I’m going to try the tea thing. I tried the hot compress on my face and head but it didn’t work

What is the best natural sinus medicine?
I have been getting colds or sinus infections every other week.
I have had sinus pressure, congestion, dizziness, headache etc
Any good natural medicines to take to help or prevent this? Looking for something that works really well and I can take regularly?

have to go to the doc for sinus problems?
Alright, I’m pretty positive I’ve got either extreme sinus pressure or a small sinus infection. I’ve got the fuzzy ear ache thing, pain in my teeth, dull headaches, pain above my nose, stiff throat.
I’ve been on Sudaphed all week, and using witch hazel to help with my ear discomfort, and they help a little.
So do these things clear up by themselves, or will I be forced to go the doctor and pay him to tell me something I already know? I have some left over amoxicillin, is that a bad idea to take it for this?
the amox. is not expired or anything

I’ve got what feels like/looks like (yuck!) a sinus infection. I bought saline drops and Mucinex D. I wondering if you have had an experience in clearing up a true sinus infection, and if you did, how?

Without totally grossing everybody out – Here’re are the details (sorry): green boogies (ewe) when I blow, totally congested (I wish my nose would run), sinus pressure and headache.
