If you imagine the back of your throat, and then the edge of your upper palette, then go up an inch or so, it’s as if it’s clogged. It worsens at night. Although I can breathe through my nose OK, I get an uneasy feeling air is being constricted and it causes difficulty swallowing which feels really unsettling.

I’m not sure what’s up there but I have had my tonsils and adenoids out a long time ago. I am trying to look up pictures on the internet so I can locate where the clog is but can’t locate a good picture of what is between the lower sinus and the upper throat.

Can anyone help??

In the middle of the night I will start to have heavy sinus congestion, my nose will be stuffy to where I can’t breath, and the mucous from this will sit in my sinus area all night long. During the day it gets much better but how can I keep this from happening at night? My husband has the same problem so we are starting to think it’s the apartment. Any suggestions welcomed.

I woke up with pressure between eye and nose. Then later on it mostly moved to upper part of back of my head and top/front of my head and mostly is pressure/tension headache, but it doesnt feel like a normal headache. Because it just makes it feel close to a migraine. So does this sound like symptoms of sinuses? Thanks for any help.
