Sinus Infection Relief

I have had a chronic sinus problem for about 2 years now and I feel awful all of the time. I take asprin, sinus /allergy meds, and all but nothing helps. I am supposed to have a ct scan…will this help and what might they need to do to help releive my pain? Doyou believe it will help?
To answer, the what I am allergic to…well, I have a dog, rabbits, and I do smoke…

I assumed that it had cracked or had a leaking filling, so I went to my dentist. He could find nothing wrong with the tooth and after looking at that x-ray, suggested that it could possibly be related to a cronic sinus problem. It seems the nerve from this tooth passes close by the sinus cavity. Now a few months later, the tooth is still sensitive. I’m not sure if I should get a root canal or go see an ENT.
