Per the dentists, my teeth have unusually long roots that go into the floor of my sinus cavity. When I have sinus problems, my teeth ache terribly. Any suggestions on what pain tablets (aspirin, ibuprofen, etc) or other remedy that helps would be appreciated!

Okay, here are some suggetions- i dont know if they will work, but i believe they are worth a try.
Take a dish towel and run it under hot water. squeeze out excess water while the water is still hot, but ofcourse not so hot to burn your hands, and lie down and put the towels on your face over your sinuses. You may have to keep repeating this.
Take a decongestent.
Use a hot-air vaporizer with some kind of medicine such as Vicks.
I think perhaps a chiropracter might help with this kind of thing. I know it sounds strange, but find out about that.
Perhaps accupunture or accupressure might help too.
