What is the best way to help a cold with sinus pressure and sore throat pain?
Woke up early this morning and my sinus pressure is painful, and then on top of that, my throat is somewhat in pain. What can help me overcome this illness quickly and cheaply with out the help of prescriptions? E.G. Veggies, fruits, vitamins, soup? I want to be fine for thanksgiving!
